Event Booking and Payment
When booking your reservation, please secure your date as soon as possible by placing your deposit. The earlier you book, the better the chance there will be an opening for your event. Reservations are taken up to 3 months in advance. To book and secure your event day and time, a 50% deposit of full payment is required at the time of your consultation and signing of your contract. The deposit will be applied to your event day services. The event day is NOT reserved until your deposit is received. We do not accept checks at this time, only cash or money orders. After you have received conformation of your date, 50% of your deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days prior to the event day. If cancellation occurs after your reservation has been confirmed, but 10 business days prior to your event, you receive the balance of your deposit. All refunds are at the discretion of management. Any special considerations or arrangements made may affect the refund amount.
We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute requests on the event day. Additions on your event day will be made only if time permits and must be paid for with cash.
